Kathy
When Kathy isn’t cheering on her favorite sports team or planning her next travel adventure, you’ll likely find her with her furry companion, Gabby, by her side. Gabby has been her trusted work buddy since she was a puppy, earning Kathy the title “Most Likely to Bring Your Furry Friend to Work.” As a Regional Employment Specialist, Kathy thrives on finding the right people for the team and watching them grow, like one co-worker who started as a Dining Associate and worked their way up to become an LPN. Kathy’s passion for supporting others and her love for four-legged friends make her a valued part of the Ecumenical Retirement Community family.
Jason
If laughter is the best medicine, Jason has the perfect prescription! Voted “Most Likely to Have the Funniest Jokes,” Jason keeps everyone smiling with his quick wit and ability to find humor in any situation. As the Director of Marketing and Admissions at Ecumenical Retirement Community, he finds fulfillment in helping seniors navigate life’s transitions with care and support. And while he’s made plenty of connections at work, one stands out the most meeting his wife! Outside of work, Jason’s passions include travel, motorcycles and perfecting his aim at the gun range.
Renee
Renee is always on the move whether she’s dominating a pickleball match, leading a book club discussion, or enjoying time outdoors. Her energy and enthusiasm shine in every aspect of her life, including her role as Fitness Director, where she helps residents improve their health through exercise classes and wellness talks. One of her most memorable moments came after a wellness session when residents praised her for making fitness fun and engaging, leaving her day just as bright as theirs. It’s this spirit of encouragement and positivity that earned Renee the title “Most Likely to Make Everyone Feel Special.”
Cadyn
Cadyn has a knack for turning any day around, which is why she was voted “Most Likely to Brighten Your Day.” Her positivity shines through as a Regional Employment Specialist, where she loves helping co-workers grow in their careers while forming meaningful connections with residents. One of her favorite moments was becoming pen pals with a resident who moved closer to family, a friendship that continues to bring joy to both of them. When she’s not making someone’s day a little brighter, Cadyn enjoys reading, baking and perfecting her espresso martini recipe because everyone deserves a little extra sweetness now and then!
Miguelina
Voted “Most Likely to Give the Best Hugs,” Miguelina knows the power of connection. Whether it’s a resident needing comfort or a co-worker needing a boost, her warm hugs make everyone feel cared for and seen. Outside of work, Miguelina’s heart for helping others extends to her church, where she’s spent over 35 years collecting clothes, food, and essentials for those in need. As a Certified Care Associate, she finds fulfillment in supporting residents and mentoring new team members, creating a community where everyone feels like family.
Emma
If making friends was a superpower, Emma would wear the cape! Voted “Most Likely to Be a Resident’s Best Friend,” she’s always found chatting, laughing and bonding with residents. As a Dynamic Living Associate at Ecumenical Retirement Community, Emma creates joyful moments like the time she got everyone dancing at a social gathering, filling the room with laughter and smiles. Her caring nature and creative spirit make every day special. Outside of work, Emma loves expressing herself through art, drawing and painting, passions she’s had since childhood.
Jusaun
Jusaun knows that a good laugh can turn any day around, and that’s why he earned the title “Most Likely to Make You Laugh Out Loud.” Whether it’s a clever joke or his natural ability to bring fun to every moment, Jusaun keeps residents and co-workers smiling. His favorite part of the job is brightening someone’s day, whether through a shared laugh or a simple act of kindness like helping a resident’s wife when she needed an extra hand. When he’s not making people smile at work, Jusaun can be found gaming, lifting at the gym, or relaxing with his favorite shows.
Emily
If there’s a party, you’ll find Emily at the center of it, which is why she earned the title “Most Likely to Be the Life of the Party!” Known for her fun-loving spirit, Emily brings energy and enthusiasm to everything she does. Her philosophy? Work hard and make friends. Whether she’s chatting with residents or supporting co-workers, she turns every moment into a chance to spread joy. For Emily, happiness comes naturally both at work and in life because she truly finds fun in everything she does.
Treva
Treva has a talent for making everyone feel seen, which is why she was voted “Most Likely to Know Everyone’s Name.” Whether it’s a new resident or a co-worker, Treva takes the time to get to know people, sit down for real conversations, and make meaningful connections. As the Director of Marketing and Admissions at Ecumenical Retirement Community, she finds joy in helping seniors settle into their new homes and seeing them thrive. For Treva, the happiest moments are when residents share just how much they love living here. Outside of work, you’ll likely find her traveling, reading a great book or relaxing at the beach.
