These words guide our leadership and inspire our customer service. Knowing how we serve our residents and families well and how we may improve helps ensure we deliver the quality support they can expect and deserve.

We contracted with an outside research company, Activated Insights, to field an online survey with our residents and families. They then provide insights not only within our own organization, but also on a national level compared to other senior living communities. Based on our customers’ survey data, Ecumenical Retirement Community and each of our sister Country Meadows Retirement Communities have been recognized by US News and World Report as among the best for our independent living, assisted living (or personal care) and memory support services (see complete list below).

US News and World Report uses a series of criteria to evaluate senior living communities across the U.S., including asking residents and their families about safety, caregiving, management, staff, food and dining and activities. You can learn more about their process here.
