Your Praise is our Prize

All retirement homes work hard to meet state regulation and receive positive scores, but the best retirement communities earn their customers’ compliments and confidence. At Ecumenical, we pride ourselves in providing individualized customer service whether in independent living and personal care or Alzheimer’s care and restorative care. This approach enables us to connect with our residents and their families in a more personal way to ensure we meet their preferences and needs and hopefully, exceed their expectations.

When we receive a compliment or thank-you—big or small—from a resident or family member, we know we’ve succeeded in making a difference—big or small. Here are a sample of reviews we are proud and grateful to share.

“From Day One, I was a happy camper. I was impressed that the staff called me by my first name. We are treated well.”

“This is an excellent place to live. I love my place. I have been here 14 years.”

“We cannot say enough about the entire staff, from the admissions to reception to housekeeping. EVERYONE was exceptionally courteous, caring and responsive. A+++. Mom’s greatest joy was the social environment.”

“I’m really happy here. This is my home, and I love it.”

“I am so impressed and thankful to the staff for keeping me informed when my loved one has an issue or has an illness, etc. Keep up the good work.”

“Ecumenical is a warm place when you walk in, and the people and staff are very friendly. You have been wonderful to my parents. I would definitely recommend Ecumenical to others in a similar situation explaining ‘if you are going to go anywhere, they should go there.’ My parents get good care. They are 89 and 91 and lived on their own for a long time. I think everybody at Ecumenical took the time to try to make them feel warm and welcome and tried to talk to them and get them involved in activities and make them feel at home. It was so easy for them to move in.”

“You exceeded my expectations and were extremely understanding of my dad’s change in temperament as his dementia from his Parkinson’s worsened. I can never thank the entire staff enough for their kindness to my dad. I truly hope you continue to enjoy the jukebox—both residents and staff.”

“Mother has been a resident for 10+ years and has always received a consistently high level of care and services. The quality of staff interactions and with other residents has definitely been a factor for improved health and well-being. Thank you.”

“My father has been a resident for just over three months. He is extremely happy with everything and everyone there. The entire staff have been top notch. We are extremely satisfied.”

“The location and price of Ecumenical Retirement Community are what I like best. You couldn’t find friendlier people.”

“I am totally happy here. I have a feeling of security. It’s like being on vacation.”
