About our Survey
Ecumenical Retirement Community is committed to delivering the highest quality care and service. We issue an anonymous customer satisfaction survey among our residents and their families based on a national initiative to measure the quality of personal care/assisted living communities. To keep all survey responses and comments impartial, we partner with an independent customer satisfaction survey company, National Research Corporation, to review and publish the anonymous responses.
Respondents rate our campuses on overall care, staff and likelihood to recommend us to others. We also provide the opportunity to share anything else in an open-end question.
National Research Corporation receives and verifies all responses, then converts them into an easy-to-understand scale of one to five. One is the lowest score and five is the highest score. These scores are used to calculate the Gold Star Rating you see on our website.

Most importantly our company uses the survey feedback to identify areas for improvement. From the most recent survey, our team learned we could strengthen communication with residents and families about campus information as well as clarify whom to contact with questions or concerns. Since we have distributed contact references and regular updates. We will continue to look for ways to exceed our customers’ expectations.
